Highway 221 in western NC. It's a meadow on the right side of the road about 5 miles south of Pineola. there is some incredible scenery between Spruce Pine and Banner Elk including some really cool barns. If the leaf colors are just as good next fall, I'm taking an extra day Woolly Worm week just to do photos.
