Tears In Heaven
Our hearts are broken today. This kind of thing should never happen especially during a season expecting the arrival of the Christ child. Instead Heaven has welcomed with open arms the arrival of a new saint. Jake Apple now walks hand in hand with his Friend and Saviour but his prescense here on Earth will be missed by his mother, father, brother, and sisters until they are all reunited one day.

this just broke my heart yesterday when i read about his passing.
just i dont know.
we go through so many things in our lives with our children, [some more than others] and it just breaks my heart.
i read your comment at his momma's blog [who i started reading after that last post you did about him] and it brought me to tears. here i sit again with that lump in my throat...i realize the troubled life that jakie lead and..i don't know...i just don't know. too much. i don't think i could let go...but i know you have no say in it.
you being me, you, them, all of us.
just makes ya hug the ones you have a little tighter and say a prayer of thanks.

I am so sorry to hear this news. I tried to sign their guestbook but needed a password.
My husband lost his Grandfather on Chrismas Day 10 years ago. I remember at the funeral the priest reciting the words to "O Come All Ye Faithful" and I like to think that is how he was welcomed to heaven, joyful! Blessings and prayers to Jake's family.
