God, Please, No Turkey!

And I don't mean the edible fowl. I'm talking art shows which is a completely different foul. I've had way too many turkeys already this fall. Supposedly everyone in North Carolina comes to the Greensboro Craftmans Classic on Thanksgiving weekend. I sure hope it's worth missing my family's turkey...the fowl kind. Not my sister-in-law Carole.

Anyway I'm knee-deep into metallic paint and glitter glue (Christy B., you must be proud). I'm actually working on some Christmas ornaments that are turning out quite lovely. In fact I will share my little secret next week so that your family can have a special holiday art project to work on, especially for all of you exceptional families. You know me - I'm all about non-toxic.

The day was just par for the course lately. The van wouldn't crank this morning. Most of the day was spent finding a place that would replace a bad battery on the busiest traveling day of the year. Bah humbug.

I hope you and your family has a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. If you are in the Greensboro area please come visit me at the Greensboro Coliseum in Booth #1215. Check the local paper for discount coupons. Please be safe while driving and we'll see you back here on Monday!
