Hello, It's Me.
It feels good to be home with the Joan and the kids but I'm already missing my art buddies. Sales were pretty slack but I had little expectations about my final tally. The bottom line: I made money.
I can also say that I'm thrilled about the upcoming festival season! I'm just too darn tired to do my usual links to my art friends' names but Christy, the Togels, and some new "Guild" members made my weekend.
On top of that over the weekend Jessie came down with the wicked stomach bug that Ben suffered from early last week. That was the difficult part. My poor little girl was hurting so much that it was breaking my heart!
I have many tales to tell but I'm too exhausted to write much more. Did you miss me?

I had to make two chocolate cakes to get me through.
Does Ben have a version of the "I'm happy to see you" dance? Or could he just care less you were gone like my kid?
hi bennie,
as predicted, the pimp didn't make it through the workday today, so he's out of comission for the day. nothing unloaded yet, so i guess that will wait for another week or so - i'm starting the same bug it seems, so laurie's in tx is out of the question now...rats.
i hope jessie is doing a LOT better - tell her it could have been worse if she had been eating hay or dried corn beforehand :o)
get some rest - and some flowers for joan, she deserves 'em!
give everybody a hug from me...
miss you guys already!
Yep, you were missed.
Glad you made some cash...that's always good.
Give Jessie some love from me, nothing sucks harder than being sick!
Have a great week Bennie.
welcome home. hope you loved every minute of your freedom.
Casey: Ben has two reactions to me being gone. He either gives me the stubborn "I'm ticked off at you right now" look which usually lasts about 2 minutes before I get a smile or I get the "around the world smile and laughter" which I got last night.
Conni: so sorry you won't be painting shoes all week. Tell The Pimp to down a few shots of Children's Tylenol and he'll be ready to find you a show this weekend. Have you finished your three paintings yet?
RM: Where's my long awaited catch-me-up e-mail? I need to know about the adoption, your family, and Nixon, the Farting Dog.
Jen: I wouldn't quite call it "freedom" but it was a successfully fun working weekend. I'm anxious to read much Maizie has manipulated you the past few days.
