Sorry about posting a few days into our return but we've been lamenting our departure from Kiawah Island. The week was absolutely wonderful! To say we miss Me-Ma's beach house is the biggest understatement any of us could ever come up with.

Ben was (and still is) typically wild after a trip to the coast. The young man was full of joy and laughter all week long. I have videos that I can post but those really never show his happiness or exuberance for life. In all honesty whatever Ben was involved with the past few days was my highlight.

I worked. Every day. And I enjoyed every moment of the experience. Getting my creative side kicked in the ass was a very good thing. At one point I had art works spread out in two rooms, a screened-in porch, and a sun deck. Feeling the breeze from the Atlantic Ocean while painting is an awesome experience.

There is lots of stuff to tell over the next few days. I also have to catch up on life with many of my blog buddies which I plan to do ASAP. Bottom line: I miss you all!
