Hi there. I came over to your blog via hopeful parents. We are living in Cairo with our 21 month old son with cerebral palsy. I'm having a rough week and reading your post rung true with me, always thinking about the big picture, wanting to speed things up but need to remember to slow down.
I'm interested in getting some of your artwork, I'll have it sent to my mom's in the states since not sure it would make it here! But when I clicked on the link, there was nothing in the shop. Let me know where I can take a look at your stuff so I can get something. I loved the video of Ben giggling while painting. So sweet. Giggles are the best.
I hope you are having better luck at slowing down and taking things one step at a time! I need a Shelly" to remind me the same.
