An "exceptional" son and his father are inspiration for each other in many ways. The family's journey is documented here daily (well almost). The father's artworks along with father & son collaborations are for sale and can be viewed here as well.

Tiny Dancer
This is my lovely daughter getting ready to walk on stage for her dance competition yesterday (they finished second).
She's sooo pretty! Lock her up. Seriously just do as I say. She's gonna be at that age very soon when boys will be all up in her junk and you don't want that. No one wants that. Nip that shit in the bud quickly. She's beautiful.
Y'all should see her legs. They don't belong on a 10-year-old (big sigh). Me and Joan discussed it yesterday as she got dressed. The only good thing going for us is she'll have no boobies (which pre-teen and teenage boys are infatuated with). That is inherited from both sides of the family.
Jessie has a CREED memorized: "I can't date until I'm 30 and Ben has to sit between us when we go out."
she's a beautiful girl - wow! Really, get yourself a beartrap for the front yard, and a shovel for the backyard for dating season...you are going to need it.
YAY Jessie, congrats on the success - i bet all of you did a maaaahvelous job...the outfit screams I'M GOOOOOOD! Bet all of you were stunning!
Ben is a wonderfully happy 18-year-old boy. He has a rare genetic disorder scientifically known as Tetrasomy 12p. The related syndrome is called Pallister-Killian Syndrome (PKS). As for me (Bennie, the dad), I'm a 1986 graduate of Furman University with a BA in fine Art. Married to my wife Joan for 24 years, we have two children; a daughter named Jessie and our son Ben.
It is our desire that this blog not only provide need fundraising for Make-A-Wish South Carolina but to also give you inspiration, hope, joy, and insight for your own journey in life.

Good to see you give Jessie her props. And best of luck on the dating thing.
It didn't work for my daughters... and I really did try.
